INDUSTRIAL PLANT FOR PROPAGATION OF YEAST – AROSUCO AROMAS E SUCOS LTDA (2013)

It acts in the process of importing the Industrial Plant of Yeast Propagation of the AROSUCO AROMAS E SUCOS LTDA Company, in the municipality of Itapissuma/PE, with capacity for 260,000 kg of yeast per year. This project was integrally focused to meet the beer production demand of the AMBEV Group.

 

PROJETO NOVA NORDESTE – AMBEV (2011/2012)

It conducts import processes of equipment for project implementation.

NOVA NORDESTE OF THE COMPANHIA DE BEBIDAS DAS AMÉRICAS – AMBEV, in the municipality of ITAPISSUMA/PE, with a production capacity of 10 million hectoliters of beer and 4 million hectoliters of soft drinks.

The imported equipment has 3 complete industrial production lines. They are:

For the importation of the equipment of the project, there were 258 containers needed, besides a reasonable quantity of breakbulk volumes (loose cargo).
The entire project was carried out in approximately 18 months.

 

CANAL DREDGING OPERATION FOR THE ACCESS OF THE PORT OF NATAL (2010)

Terrasul Assessoria was present in another important work for the economy of our State, the canal dredging operation for the access of the Port of Natal.
This work increased the canal to 12.5 meters of depth, providing the access to ships of the greater draft and attending to the growing demand of the market in the state. Two foreign dredgers were contracted to provide the service, French La Belle, manufactured in 1984, and Dutch Reem Island manufactured in 1976.
Because they were foreign used vessels operating in Brazil contracted by a Brazilian company, they needed to be admitted under a Special Customs Regime of Temporary Admission with tax collection proportional to the time of permanence of the vessels in Brazil. In this sense, Terrasul Assessoria acted in this process offering all necessary support, as well as all the knowledge needed to the Norms and legal terms that guided the temporary importation of the equipment, which gave agility and efficiency in the release of the vessels.

 

MHAG ACQUIRES MILLS TO INCREASE PRODUCTION (2009)

It assists the company MHAG SERVIÇOS E MINERAÇÃO S/A to expand its production capacity, with the import of a ball mill from China. This import was one of the largest industrial equipment transfer operations ever carried out in the State.
There were 22 trucks used to transport the material, 11 of them were special, carrying a load of 700 tons. The trucks left Natal Port and traveled about 250km to the Mina do Bonito in Jucurutu.
The investment for the acquisition, installation, and adjustments of equipment operation reached R$ 100 million and the equipment will be responsible for the processing of 300 million tons of Itabirite for a period between 20 and 30 years.
Throughout this process, more than 500 jobs were generated.

 

PETROBRAS CONTRACTS THREE NEW PROBES (2009)

Petrobras has contracted three new probes of Chinese origin this year, brought by the ETX Company, to operate during eight years drilling in the state, mainly in the municipalities of the western region.
The equipment of 1,350 tons and with the capacity to drill wells of up to 1,200 meters of depth, landed in the Port of Nata /RN.
The operation of the three probes generated about 132 direct jobs in the operation area and about 40 other jobs in the operational area, besides 200 indirect jobs in activities such as transportation, food, and lodging of employees, uniforms and crane trucks.

 

TERMOAÇU S/A (2007)

Acting in all imports of TERMOAÇU S/A, a plant that accounts for a good part of the production of all the energy consumed by the State of Rio Grande do Norte. Termoaçu is considered to be the largest co-generation project for electric power and steam in Latin America. Besides the energy produced from the burning of natural gas, it provides steam for the PETROBRAS to increase the recovery levels of the oil wells.
This was a project of enormous social impact for the RN, generating direct jobs – there were about 4 thousand jobs, including those necessary for the construction of the Petrobras pipeline and steam pipeline – until the self-sufficiency of the Rio Grande do Norte state in electric power generation.

 

PETROBRAS – 3rd NATURAL GAS PROCESSING STATION (2004/2005)

It is a project to implement the 3rd Natural Gas Processing Station in Guamaré/RN for treatment, liquefaction and separation of gases (UPGN and USG), with an investment of US$ 25,000,000.00. The equipment came from Canada, the United States, and Japan and despite the importation on behalf of PETROBRAS, the intermediation/contracted for the delivery of the Plant was TECHNIP ENGENHARIA, from Rio de Janeiro.

 

PARNAMIRIM ENERGIA S/A

Parnamirim Energia S.A. was established in 2002 with the objective of implementing and operating a 108 MW Thermoelectric plant in the State of Rio Grande do Norte.
The plant consisted of Caterpillar diesel generator sets for connecting to the national interconnected system. The energy supply contract with the Brazilian Commercialization of Emergency Energy – CBEE was finished in December 2004.

 

M DIAS BRANCO – IMPORTATION OF EQUIPMENT FOR UNLOADING WHEAT VESSELSO

In 2000, the Group M. Dias Branco inaugurated a new wheat mill and a vertical pasta factory called Grande Moinho Potiguar in Natal/RN and Terrasul Assessoria participated directly in the project to import the equipment to be used in the unloading and transport of the wheat from the ships to the silos of the company, as well as in the project of implantation of the industrial unit, using the latest technology and automation.
